Spicy honey chili salmon with Chimax sweet chili sauce

If you want something quick yet special, this recipe is the perfect choice. Chimax Sweet Chili Sauce with a honey soy sauce glaze transforms salmon into something special: sweet, slightly spicy, and perfectly moist.
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 salmon fillets
2 tbsp sweet Chimax chili sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove (grated)
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Sesame seeds and fresh coriander for serving
Preparation:
Preheat : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
To prepare the glaze : In a small bowl, mix the Chimax Sweet Chili Sauce , honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and lemon juice.
Salmon Preparation : Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with the spiced honey glaze. Bake : Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, until the top is lightly caramelized and the fish flakes easily.
Serving : Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh coriander and serve with steamed rice or a fresh salad.
✨ Tip: For an even crispier crust, turn on the grill setting in the last 2-3 minutes!
