Smoky cream soup made from roasted peppers with Chimax Smoked Drops

If you like bold, smoky flavors, you'll love this cream soup! The natural sweetness of roasted bell peppers and the distinctive aroma of Chimax Smoked Drops complement each other perfectly, allowing you to create a truly special and heartwarming dish. This soup is not only ideal for a cold day but also makes a great addition to the dinner table for any occasion!
Ingredients:
4 red peppers
1 red onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsp olive oil
500 ml vegetable stock
100 ml cooking cream
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
5-6 drops of Chimax Smoke Drops
Preparation:
Roast the peppers in a 220°C oven until their skins turn black (about 20 minutes), then place them in a sealable container to steam them soften. Then peel them.
Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the roasted peppers, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, then pour in the stock.
Cook for 10 minutes, then puree until smooth.
Pour in the cream and add a few drops of Chimax Smoke Drops for an even more pronounced smoky flavor.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serve with fresh bread and some extra Chimax Smoke Drop on top!
